This often includes measuring and mixing various powders with either fruit juice or water, but may also involve preparatory diet changes or even several days of fasting.
Once the actual cleansing process begins, it’s common to experience nausea and abdominal discomfort. This is usually due to a combination of gas build-up and the sudden release of toxins that have been trapped along the intestinal walls. While unpleasant, these side effects are dubbed normal and usually subside after the first few days.
Some people may also experience additional side effects that include changes in body odor and skin blemishes. Again, while these can be highly embarrassing, they are most often short-lived.
Effects of Oxygen-Based Cleansers
Unlike most herbal options, oxygen-based cleansers like Oxy-Powder® typically come in an easy-to-swallow capsule form. Maximizing their efficacy typically only hinges on drinking a good amount of purified water (bonus if you add ACV!). Regardless of which cleanse you choose, it’s important to drink ample amounts of pure, clean water to ensure your body is able to quickly and thoroughly flush out waste and toxins. This also helps it to ease smoothly into the post-cleanse phase. Most users report feeling invigorated, or at least a general decrease in malaise after completing an oxygen cleanse. Those who suffer from digestive issues, such as slow bowel transit time, or periodic constipation, usually report significant improvements as well.
