Colon-Cleansing: Master Cleanse Compared to Oxy-Powder

Did you know that a healthy bowel transit time is between 12 and 18 hours? Yet the average transit time in Western countries is twice that – over 38 hours! This is mostly due to a lack of exercise as well as an unhealthy diet with large amounts of processed foods that are high in fat but low in fiber, as well as an intake of red meat, soda, caffeine, and alcohol.

Take 4 capsules of Oxy-Powder with a full 8 oz. glass of water in the evening on an empty stomach.

The next day, you should have 3 to 5 bowel movements. If not, increase the dosage by 2 additional capsules each evening.

Once you find a dosage that results in 3 to 5 bowel movements, maintain this dosage for 7 days in a row to complete the cleanse.

Once the colon cleanse is complete, you can maintain a cleansed bowel by using this dosage every other day or as needed.

During the cleanse, it is recommended that you drink large amounts of water to help your body to eliminate toxins faster.

Additionally, you can improve the effectiveness by squeezing the juice from a lemon wedge into the 8 oz. glass of water you drink in the evening with Oxy-Powder. This will ensure that ensure your HCL (stomach acid) is not too low.

The Master Cleanse begins with a 3-day “ease-in.” On the first day, you only eat live foods, such as fresh fruits and vegetables. The second day, you consume only vegetable- or fruit-based juices, purees, soups, and broths. For the last day, you only have 2 liters of freshly-squeezed orange juice diluted with pure water to taste.

Then, for ten days, you have 6 to 12 8-ounce glasses of the following drink: 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1/10 – 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and 1 cup of pure water.

Additionally, once each day you must drink a mix of 1 liter of pure water and 2 teaspoons – 1 tablespoon of sea salt. Then, you should ignore the need to eliminate until you can’t hold it any longer. You may have 7 to 10 bowel movements in an hour.

Once you have completed this process for 10 days, you reverse the “ease-in” for three days, starting with the orange juice on the first day and ending with eating fresh fruits and vegetables on the last day.

While you are cleansing with Oxy-Powder, it is recommended that you:

· Eat a healthy live food based diet.

· Drink more purified water.

· Avoid carbonated beverages, caffeine, and alcohol.

· Reduce your intake of sugar, fried foods, white flour, and dairy.

A recommended daily menu can include:

· Fresh fruit in the morning.

· A salad and a carbohydrate source for lunch.

· A low calorie and low protein meal for dinner.

You cannot have any other food or drink, except for caffeine-free herbal teas.
